We received an important question – and a response that may help many:
> A friend’s husband was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.
He is around 60 years old, a smoker, who after realizing the seriousness of his condition, made lifestyle changes:
He changed his diet, started exercising, and reduced smoking.
He is currently taking:
Cordyceps: 1 scoop/day
Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum): 1 scoop/day
Spirulina: 2×5 tablets/day
They decided to begin chemotherapy, and the question was:
Which medicinal mushrooms would you recommend alongside chemotherapy – and in what dosage?
Answer:
One of the most important steps is to completely stop smoking.
Before chemotherapy:
Gradually increase the dosage to double – but not suddenly. Do it step by step.
Based on the CT scan findings
(“enlarged lymph nodes in the hilar region, 10–15 mm”)
it's also recommended to include Poria mushroom (1 scoop/day) in the protocol.
Recommended dosages before chemotherapy (increased gradually):
Cordyceps: 1 ➝ 2 scoops/day
Reishi Mushroom: 1 ➝ 2 scoops/day
Spirulina: 2×5 tablets/day
Poria: 1 scoop/day
During chemotherapy:
Return to the original dosage and maintain it throughout treatment.
Cordyceps: 1 scoop/day
Reishi Mushroom: 1 scoop/day
Spirulina: 2×5 tablets/day
Poria: 1 scoop/day
Return to this lower dose at least 3 days before chemotherapy begins.
Make sure to drink 2.5–3 liters of clean water daily!

Good circulation is not a luxury. It is a foundation.
If your circulation is not balanced, your body cannot function properly.
Your cells do not receive what they need — and over time, this affects everything.
Due to their crucial role in the body, overproduction or underproduction of hormones can lead to an imbalance that can cause significant side effects throughout the body on its own.
